By accessing 1DollarDigitizing.com and utilizing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and B2B partners.
2. Service Description
1DollarDigitizing provides manual embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, and laser cutting services. We do not use "auto-digitizing" software; all work is performed by human experts to ensure production-grade quality.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Copyright Transfer: Upon successful delivery of the digitized or vectorized file, 1DollarDigitizing transfers 100% of the ownership and copyright of the specific work product to the Client.
White-Label Rights: Our services are white-labeled. Clients (Agencies) have the right to resell the work product to their end-users under their own brand.
Sample Run Warning: 1DollarDigitizing is not responsible for damage to garments or materials. Clients are strictly required to perform a sample sew-out or test print before moving to full production.
4. Pricing & Payment
Base Rates: Embroidery starts at $2.00 per 1,000 stitches with a $10.00 minimum. Vector Art is billed at a flat $8.00 per hour.
B2B Tiers:
- Basic: Weekly billing.
- Business: Weekly billing; allows Download Before Payment.
- Corporate: Monthly billing; allows Download Before Payment.
Introduction Offers: Welcome discounts ($5/$1/Free) are only valid for verified company domain email addresses. Personal emails (@gmail, @yahoo, etc.) do not qualify for introductory B2B offers.
5. Refund & Revision Policy
Guarantee: We offer a money-back quality guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, we provide unlimited free minor revisions.
Refunds: If we cannot meet the technical requirements of your file after reasonable revision attempts, a full refund will be issued.
6. Turnaround Times
Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Priority (12-hour) and Super Rush (8-hour) services are available for additional surcharges. 1DollarDigitizing is not liable for delays caused by third-party technical failures or incomplete artwork submissions.
